From dispatch to your door
Planning your installation
Arrange your fitter only once your order has arrived and been fully inspected. Not ready to receive your pieces? We're happy to hold your order until you are.
Quality, checked twice
Every order is inspected before it leaves our distribution centre. Please check your delivery on arrival and note any issues with the driver. If something isn't right, let us know in writing within 48 hours.
Access for pallet deliveries
Baths, basins and vanity units over 30kg arrive by pallet courier, an all-day service between 7am and 7pm, using vehicles from 1.7 to 7.5 tonnes. Please tell us in advance about restricted access, steep inclines or soft ground. Pallets can only be delivered to a clear ground-floor entrance, and our drivers are unable to bring items into the property.
Smaller items, by DPD
Basins, mirrors and accessories under 30kg are sent via DPD, with tracking and a delivery-day text alert. Deliveries run all day, 7am to 7pm, so please ensure someone is available to receive them.
