AQUAROC CLEANING & CARE MATTE WHITE FINISH
We recommend our matte white finished products should be cleaned frequently with warm soapy water, preferably the product should be cleaned after use, rinsed with water and dried with a soft cloth.
Cream cleaners such as CIF or AJAX should be used for keeping your stone resin products looking new and in show-home condition, please always read and adhere to the manufacturers guidance/instructions on the packaging of your chosen cleaner.
Do not use concentrated bleach, Tar based shampoo or any acid/acidic cleaning products.
In the unlikely event that you might scratch or chip your product you can repair and polish out using various grades of sand paper depending on the depth of the scratch/chip, once the scratch or chip has gone, you will need to smooth it over using the fine grade sand paper that was supplied with your product.

LIMITATIONS ON GUARANTEE
To qualify for our lifetime guarantee you must meet the conditions below. Our lifetime guarantee covers the reasonably anticipated lifespan of the products. It applies to the original purchaser and the original installation, only. The guarantee is non-transferable.
We do not guarantee products which have:
not been installed correctly, by a reputable professional and in accordance with the instructions;
not been cleaned and maintained in accordance with the guidance provided; or
been moved or relocated after installation.
The guarantee does not cover:
damage caused by impact, accident, chemicals or incorrect storage;
modification by the customer; or
where the product is used for any purpose for which it was not intended or designed.
This guarantee covers only the product, not installation costs, removal or any consequential loss or damage.
CONDITIONS
To make any claim under the lifetime guarantee, we require you to:
show that you are entitled to the benefit of the guarantee. We recommend you keep your receipt or proof of purchase and register your product via our Aquaroc care and guarantee form at the bottom of this page within 14 days of receiving your order;
allow us to inspect the product which has the fault in situ and tell us how the fault happened or was discovered;
demonstrate that the product was properly installed and has not been moved or reinstalled. We recommend you ask you installer to document the installation for your records; and
tell us how you have cared for the product.
In the unlikely event a product fails within the guarantee period, we will offer a free replacement or replacement part. If the product is no longer available, we will provide a substitute product of similar type and quality.
