All solid surface stone resin goods come with a lifetime guarantee included at no extra cost, which covers all manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not cover damage due to fitting or inappropriate cleaning. Our obligation remains with the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. All guarantees must be registered via our Aquaroc care and guarantee page.

BATHROOM INSTALLATION
We are not a bathroom installation company, supply only. You will need to source and use a fully qualified fitting company/fitter. You can also find downloadable installation & care guides on our product pages, to aid your appointed fitter. These are located on the product page under the product download tab.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THE PRODUCTS WILL FIT IN MY BATHROOM?
We provide dimensional drawings and specification data for all our products. Simply click on product download tab on the product page. We recommend checking the product will fit in your current bathroom before placing an order.
WHAT IS THE WEIGHT OF AQUAROC SOLID SURFACE STONE RESIN BATHS?
Details on the weight of our baths can be found on each product page under the specification tab. Be sure to check the weight before purchasing to make sure your floor is capable of bearing the weight of the bath.
WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY BATHROOM FITTING?
We recommend that you wait until your order has been delivered and you are happy with your products before booking your bathroom fitter.
MY PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED & IS DAMAGED?
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality when it comes to our products, so we recommend inspecting your product as soon as it is delivered to check for any damages which may have occurred during transit.
