RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
All goods are inspected thoroughly before dispatch and are deemed to be in a saleable condition upon distribution from our depot.
We recommend you examine the goods to check that they are as ordered and undamaged upon delivery. You must sign for the delivery only when you are happy with the quality and condition of your order.
You will be responsible for the care of the goods once they are delivered. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect storage.
We will not be liable for any damages to goods caused by installation or manoeuvring into place.
If you find goods to be faulty or not as described, we will be happy to accept a return from you in accordance with the following policy.
Aquaroc will replace goods free of charge that have been incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during their delivery.
You must notify us in writing by email to [email protected]. We will confirm by email that you may return the goods in their original condition and packaging, which must be sent to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following delivery.
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or dispatch an exchange if this has been requested.
When returning goods to us please include a copy of your invoice/receipt, your contact details and reason for return.
RETURNS POLICY - CHANGE OF MIND/ REQUIREMENTS
If you no longer require the goods that have been delivered to you - either due to change of mind or other reasons out of Aquaroc's control - we will honour the return providing the product is in its original packaging (undamaged, in resaleable condition) and the product hasn't been installed. We will require photographic evidence before initiating a return.
We must be notified of your wish to return as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following delivery.
In this instance, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, and we can recommend suitable couriers to use.
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods following an inspection by our warehouse team.
