AQUAROC CLEANING & CARE MATTE WHITE FINISH
We recommend our matte white finished products should be cleaned frequently with warm soapy water, preferably the product should be cleaned after use, rinsed with water and dried with a soft cloth.
Cream cleaners such as CIF or AJAX should be used for keeping your stone resin products looking new and in show-home condition, please always read and adhere to the manufacturers guidance/instructions on the packaging of your chosen cleaner.
Do not use concentrated bleach, Tar based shampoo or any acid/acidic cleaning products.
In the unlikely event that you might scratch or chip your product you can repair and polish out using various grades of sand paper depending on the depth of the scratch/chip, once the scratch or chip has gone, you will need to smooth it over using the fine grade sand paper that was supplied with your product.

If you are ordering several products you will only pay one delivery charge (The higher amount).
MAINLAND UK (1-2 DAYS)
Standard delivery service (1-2 days from dispatch) on all UK mainland orders when placed and received before 11:30am Monday - Thursday. Please note: you'll be contacted by our delivery partner to book in your delivery slot.
Fridays orders placed and received before 11:30 will be processed for the following Monday delivery.
Saturday deliveries are available but will occur additional surcharge.

PALLET DELIVERIES
Orders such as basins, vanity units and baths over 30kg will be delivered by our chosen pallet haulier company, please ensure you are available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, deliveries are an all-day service between 7am and 7pm.
Pallet deliveries are to a ground floor door providing there is no restrictions and safe access and egress for the haulier to deliver.
There must be no restrictions to your property and be able to allow access for 1.7 – 7.5 tonne vehicles.
Our haulier will not be able to manoeuvre pallets up steep inclines or on soft uneven grounds.
Our haulier can only deliver to ground floor locations.
Our drivers are not permitted to enter your property or manoeuvre goods into property.
All orders must be checked upon arrival and must only be signed for when completely satisfied with the condition of the goods.
DPD PARCEL DELIVERIES
Orders such as basins, mirrors and accessories under 30kg will be delivered by DPD, please ensure you are available to receive the delivery on the scheduled date, you will receive a text message with tracking information and delivery due date. Deliveries are an all-day service between 7am and 7pm.

RETURNS POLICY - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
All goods are inspected thoroughly before dispatch and are deemed to be in a saleable condition upon distribution from our depot.
We recommend you examine the goods to check that they are as ordered and undamaged upon delivery. You must sign for the delivery only when you are happy with the quality and condition of your order.
You will be responsible for the care of the goods once they are delivered. We will not be responsible for any damage caused by incorrect storage.
We will not be liable for any damages to goods caused by installation or maneuvering into place.
If you find goods to be faulty or not as described, we will be happy to accept a return from you in accordance with the following policy.
Aquaroc will replace goods free of charge that have been incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during their delivery.
You must notify us in writing by email to info@aquaroc.com. We will confirm by email that you may return the goods in their original condition and packaging, which must be sent to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days following delivery.
We will issue a refund within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods or dispatch an exchange if this has been requested.
When returning goods to us please include a copy of your invoice/receipt, your contact details and reason for return.
